Hardwood Sword Markers
These beautiful 6×4” (15.2cm x 10.2cm) sword markers are made in the UK from recycled & sustainable English Oak. You can have up to 4 lines of text as well as an optional image as detailed below. They are perfect as a pet memorial for use at home or within the gardens at Final Care. The marker is also available as a plaque for mounting onto a wall or other flat surfaces. The images and wording are engraved onto the wood using a laser.

Slate Memorial Plaque
Available in a variety of sizes for use at home. Slate markers can be wall mounted or fitted with a stake for ground placement. Personalise your memorial with your choice of wording along with a good quality photo of your pet or selected motif.
Available in 5 sizes: 5.5 x 4″ , 9 x 9″, 12 x 9″, 12 x 12″ and 19 x 12″
Metal Sword Markers
Choose from a selection of sizes and styles. Available in 4×2″ and 6×4″ sizes with silver writing on black background or black writing on silver background. You can also include a colour photograph if you wish.
Welsh Slate Paddlestone
These Welsh Slate Paddlestones are a natural alternative to traditional memorials and are ideal for home use. You can personalise the Paddlestone with your choice of writing and image at no extra cost.
As this is a natural product please be aware that the stones will vary in colour, size and shape.
